L’Ambassade des Etats-Unis US Embassy Morocco recrute plusieurs profils sur Casablanca et Rabat:
US Embassy Morocco recrute Chauffeur – MSG
Operates as a passenger motor vehicles in accordance with instructions to transport Marine Security Guard employees within the city and surrounding area. S/he operates safely and efficiently an unarmored U.S. Government-owned or leased motor vehicle.
The incumbent works also as messenger as directed, prepares trip reports and vehicle use and trip logs, as well as estimates fuel consumption for trips. S/he keeps vehicle in clean and serviceable condition, to include cleaning the interior and exterior of the vehicle and performs basic vehicle inspection in accordance with established schedules and policies.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
Minimum of three years of professional driving experience is required.

JOB KNOWLEDGE:
Must have a good working knowledge of the city and its environs, including driving routes and traffic patterns.

Evaluations:
LANGUAGE:
- Limited Knowledge – Speaking, Reading, Writing English is required. (This will be tested)
- Good working knowledge – Speaking, Reading, Writing French is required.
- Good working knowledge – Speaking, Reading, Writing Arabic is required.
For positions that require English Level, applications MUST be submitted in English
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
- Must have a Classes B and D driver’s license.
- Must have the ability to read maps and plan driving routes.
- Must have good verbal communication skills, and an ability to handle all persons with professionalism and discretion.
- Must be able to perform basic vehicle inspection .
- Must possess intermediate level automotive maintenance skills.
- Must have basic computer literacy skills to maintain reports and for communication purposes.

The Voucher Clerk manages Post’s value added tax (VAT) refund process for all official transactions as well as all personal VAT reimbursement requests for United States’ direct-hire employees. S/he logs, and tracks all VAT refund packages and troubleshoots with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MFA) officials as needed. S/he scans electronically all batches for the record before sending them to the MFA.
The incumbent serves as a voucher examination clerk, logging all vendor/customer invoices into Excel spreadsheets, providing payment status to vendors and maintaining order in the Financial Management Center (FMC) filing room. S/he provides general administrative duties to FMC.
Requirements:
EXPERIENCE:
Two years of experience in clerical fiscal work (bookkeeping, vouchering and other related clerical fiscal work) is required

Applicant:
Must have have a good general knowledge of formal correspondence instructions/procedures, and of office procedures.
Must become familiar with the basic management structure of the embassy, understanding the specific roles and responsibilities of each management section.

LANGUAGE: (Please pay special attention to languages requirement. If you certify that you do not have the required language level proficiency, you will be disqualified)

French : (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading and Writing is required to accurately read local invoices .(this may be tested)
Arabic : (Good Working Knowledge) Speaking/Reading is required.(this may be tested)

- Must have basic computer skills: accurate data-entry skills, familiarity with EXCEL and Word and the demonstrated capacity to learn new applications.
- Must be able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
- Must be highly organized, and must have good interpersonal skills and be service oriented and adaptable.
- Must be able to safely lift 10 Kg file boxes.
